You can book a taxi transfer on-line through our website. You just need to complete our booking form here. Please fill out all details carefully including your phone number. If you want transfer from the airport, please do not forget to enter your flight information. After that you will receive an email that you have to confirm.
Payments are accepted in cash and collected directly by the driver. All prices are by car (NOT by passenger). Prices are quoted in TSHS, EUR and USD. You can pay in any of these currencies. The price in EUR is fixed, the price in TSHS and also in USD depends on conversion rate.
Advance payments by credit / debit card through our website is possible. Please, contact us with your request.
- Airport: the driver comes to the arrival hall 20 minutes after the plane lands. He checks on-line arrivals so it does not matter if your plane is delayed. He stands close to the exit D holding a sign with your name.
- Hotel: the driver waits in the reception of your hotel.
- Apartment / private address: the driver waits in front of your apartments / house.
- Train station: when you get out of the train, please, wait at the railway platform nearby your train. The driver will come to pick you up holding a sign with your name.
- Bus station: wait near your bus, the driver will come to pick you up.
Unfortunately, at the moment our vehicles do not have any wheelchair accessible vehicles of our own, however we do have contact within the industry who we are happy to refer you to.
Yes! We have recently taken on a minibus into our fleet, allowing us to take group bookings up to 8 people in one vehicle. If you are looking for a large group booking for a taxi in aRUSHA for a wedding or event, we are able to book more than one vehicle, or if it is short distance we can do multiple runs in order to complete your transfer.

Airports in Arusha
There are 2 airports within Arusha Region. Kilimanjaro International airport (IACO HTKL; IATA JRO) which services in and outbound international carriers and international charter flights. Kilimanjaro International connects easily via transfer companies and taxi to Arusha Airport and the city.
The second airport is the Arusha Municipal Airport (ICAO HTAR; IATA ARK) that handles all domestic flights within Tanzania. It is located on the outskirts of the city area. There are shuttles available to travel from the to the city for a minimum cost. It would take approximately 75 minutes to reach ARK airport from the International airport.
